I had a mixed experience at The Ozarker Lodge. On the plus side, the lodge has a charming ambiance and was close to local attractions. however, I faced several cleanliness issues during my stay, which were disappointing. The staff seemed friendly but were unable to adequately address my complaints, leaving me wanting more from a place at this price point.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and equipped with the basics, but it felt cramped without sufficient storage options, like drawers or a proper closet. Additionally, I experienced issues with missing accommodations like extra hangers.
Service
5.0
While the staff were friendly, the responsiveness to issues regarding room cleanliness and maintenance was lacking. It felt like my concerns were brushed off, which was frustrating.
Location
7.0
The location was decent, being slightly away from the hustle yet still accessible to attractions and dining options. Danna's BBQ, a nearby restaurant, was a highlight for me.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had a limited selection, but the coffee was hot and fresh, which I appreciated. I would have liked to see more variety in the morning offerings.
Facilities

I enjoyed the cozy large lobby area with its inviting decor and fireplace for relaxing. However, the concrete flooring in the rooms made for chilly mornings.

I had a fantastic stay at The Ozarker Lodge, and I genuinely appreciated the charming decor and the cozy ambiance. The staff, like Ryan, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially with the outdoor firepit experience. However, the breakfast could use some more variety, and I found the room a bit cramped for our party size. Despite a few small issues, I’m planning to return next year!

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were nicely decorated and had modern touches like reading lights and wall-mounted TVs, but they felt a bit cramped for our family of six. Also, we were short on towels at first, which was a minor inconvenience.
Service

The service was really good, with staff like Mandy and Ryan being super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They were attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
Location
9.0
The lodge's location feels secluded yet is just a few minutes from the main strip in Branson, which was perfect for accessing local attractions. Plus, the creekside view added to the tranquil atmosphere.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was mostly simple carbs, which left something to be desired. It would be better with more variety, but my family had a few laughs about it being a 'bread buffet.'
Facilities

The outdoor amenities like the fire pits and heated pool were fantastic and made our evenings magical. I just wish the soaking tubs had been working, but it didn’t take away too much from the experience.

My recent stay at The Ozarker Lodge had its highlights and some drawbacks. The cozy lobby area with games and friendly staff made for a welcoming atmosphere. However, the room lighting was poor, and the walls were thin, leading to a noisy experience at times.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was on the smaller side, lacking adequate lighting and without a comfortable chair for working. I found it challenging to read comfortably due to the dimness.
Service

The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to assist. One staff member named Marshall truly stood out for his eagerness to help. I appreciated their kindness.
Location

While the lodge is conveniently located near restaurants, it still provides a quiet, natural feel away from the hustle of Branson. I enjoyed the scenic surroundings and the tranquility it offered.

Breakfast included some decent options, but I found it a bit carbs-heavy. A few more protein choices would have been nice.

I had a great time at The Ozarker Lodge! The decor was charming and I enjoyed the amenities like the heated pool and hot tubs. However, my room was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the pool and stairs, and the blinds didn't block out the bright parking lot lights. All in all, I would definitely consider coming back again!

Rooms

My room was cute and stylish, although it got noisy at times due to nearby activities. The fridge also made noise, so I unplugged it for a quieter night.

My stay at The Ozarker Lodge was a mix of stellar service and some disappointments. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. However, the room I stayed in had a few issues, including a lack of space and comfort. While the amenities like the heated pool and creek access were fantastic, the breakfast options left something to be desired. Overall, a charming place but not without its flaws. 🌟🏕️
